In the Yashnobod district of Tashkent city, a 50-year-old man molested an underage girl inside an elevator. Darakchi.uz became acquainted with the court document.
It is reported that this incident occurred on April 26 of the current year inside an elevator of one of the multi-storey buildings located in the Aviasozlar-2 area of the district. The man touched the body of the underage girl and performed indecent actions. The victim was a 15-year-old schoolgirl.
It is stated that the offender was found guilty of committing the offense provided by the first part of Article 41¹ (lewd molestation) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility and was sentenced to five days of administrative detention.
