According to this, private educational institutions are proposed to conduct the admission process twice a year – until October 15 and until February 15.

In addition, the decision also envisages agreeing on admission parameters with the Ministry.

Also, the project includes the following:

  • conducting admission of students, transferring their studies, and passing graduates through the final state certification in state educational institutions based on set requirements;

  • the presence of an information system in private educational institutions that manages the educational, scientific, and administrative processes and controls the quality of education.

In this case, it is specified that private educational institutions must integrate their information system with the Ministry's information systems for managing educational processes.

  • private educational institutions providing educational services on the basis of an existing license are required to have the necessary buildings and facilities on the basis of property rights within 5 years from the time this additional license requirement comes into force.

This requirement does not apply to educational institutions organized based on Presidential decrees;

Moreover, students who are not included and registered in the higher education management information system will not be issued with the relevant document in the state standard upon completion of their studies.
