Shukhrat Kudratullaev, the brother of Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev known as "Bakhti Tashkentsky," participated in the "Last Regret" program announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and spoke about his past life and the mistakes he made.

Shukhrat Kudratullaev, born in 1966 in Tashkent city and previously convicted, was found guilty in July 2024 under part 3, clauses "a" and "v" of Article 165 of the Criminal Code and sentenced on July 10 to 10 years and 6 months of imprisonment. Furthermore, based on Article 34 of the Criminal Code, he was found to be a particularly dangerous recidivist. The sentence is being served in a general regime colony.

He had previously served a 10-year sentence from 2007 to 2017 in Colony No. 71 in Jaslyk. Thus, he has spent a total of 12 years in penal institutions. Currently, Kudratullaev, who is turning 60, is serving his next sentence of 10 years and 6 months in an interview.

In the interview, he emphasized that the "street life" is not a desirable path and expressed regret for his past life. "We lost a lot: our livers, our families, our children's youth. We couldn't be with our families when it was necessary," he says.

Shukhrat Kudratullaev addressed the youth, calling on them to respect the rule of law, follow the right path, and wisely use the opportunities being created.

Earlier, Bekzod Zafarov, the son of Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev, also expressed regret for his actions in the "Last Regret" program.
