In Kyrgyzstan, an 18-year-old young man died in an "avalanche" pursuit.

The criminal case has been initiated based on the relevant articles of the Criminal Code concerning the mentioned situation.

According to the press service of the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on July 21 when S.S., a minor born in 2007 residing in the Sokh district, lost control of his Nexia-3 car while driving on the Sokh–Rishton highway in the territory of the Bozai village of the Batken region of the Kyrgyz Republic, causing the vehicle to overturn into a ravine.

As a result, the driver S.S. sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.

In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 2 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code (violation of traffic safety rules or vehicle operation rules resulting in human death).

"Dear citizens, do not entrust car keys to your underage and inexperienced children," warned the press service of the Fergana Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
