According to the Regional Traffic Safety Department, the incident occurred today, June 23, at around 16:00 on the 34th kilometer of the D-094 "Oltiariq–Vodil" highway, in the area of the "Belariq" mahalla in the Oltiariq district.
According to preliminary data, a "Damas" car driven by a driver born in 1995, while moving in the direction of Oltiariq center–Qiziltepa, violated the overtaking rule and entered the oncoming lane.
As a result, this vehicle collided with another "Damas" car coming from the opposite direction.
As a result of the incident, one driver and one passenger sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital.
An investigation into this case is being conducted in the prescribed manner.
