The investigation conducted by the Samarkand city department of the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office revealed a case of illegal use of a large volume of natural gas before the preliminary inquiry.
It was reported that citizen U.G. illegally connected 14 households in a multi-story building on Rudaki Street to the general gas network without permission. As a result, the state suffered damages amounting to 923.5 million soums.
Regarding this case, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 169 (theft) of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
