Citizen Sh.Zh., who applied to the Uchtepa district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau (CEB) in Tashkent city, will pay alimony in advance in the amount of 2 billion 442 million soums for the future provision of his 4 minor children.
Based on a court decision, the debtor was ordered to pay alimony in the amount of half of his income for his children. He applied with a petition, asking to make the full payment in advance, calculated for 16 years until his children come of age.
According to the CEB, this amount has been paid to the recoverer—the children's mother, Sh.D. Thus, the enforcement document was executed on time and in full.
This case was recorded as the largest advance alimony payment in Tashkent.
