A man who grabbed an unfamiliar girl from behind and made a lewd act in the Tashkent metro was punished. The court sentenced him to 5 days of administrative arrest.
It is known that the incident occurred on March 27 at the "Technopark" metro station. The male passenger acted inappropriately towards the unfamiliar girl, touching her back.
On April 2, the case was heard in court, and the offender was given a 5-day arrest sentence based on Part 1 of Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
The court, taking into account his financial situation, exempted him from covering the costs of detention.
