The Ministry of Construction and Housing Communal Services has submitted an official appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, requesting that appropriate liability measures be taken and a legal assessment be made regarding citizen (entrepreneur) Usmanjon Abdusamadov. The ministry's information service reported this.

It is noted that on August 29 of this year, during an open dialogue with construction industry entrepreneurs, Usmanjon Abdusamadov, who introduced himself as the head of several construction companies, made various claims.

He, in particular, stated that "a single apartment in Tashkent costs up to 200 thousand dollars," causing the spread of unsubstantiated information among the public.

"This information has led to various discussions on social networks. As a result, a negative attitude is being formed towards the reforms being carried out on a republic-wide scale in the construction sector, towards industry representatives, and towards the Ministry of Construction and Housing Communal Services," the report says.

Furthermore, it was emphasized that this, in turn, damages the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the Ministry and its employees.

"The ministry noted that all state services and payments related to the construction sector are carried out electronically in a prescribed manner, and any demand for additional funds in this process is strictly prohibited.

Individuals and legal entities can submit applications for obtaining urban planning documents only through the Single Interactive State Services Portal (my.gov.uz) or State Services Centers. The review of applications does not allow for direct contact between the citizen and the authorized official.

In particular, all processes, from obtaining a construction permit for an object to its commissioning, are fully controlled through the "Transparent Construction" national information system. These processes are strictly regulated based on administrative regulations approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 200 dated April 20, 2022," the ministry's report states.
