On September 28, the Israeli army targeted the "Al-Hilu" hospital, located in the Gaza Sector, with two artillery shells. This was reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
According to reports, patients being treated for cancer and other serious illnesses, as well as 12 premature infants in the neonatology department, were in the hospital at the time of the attack.
According to medical staff, Israeli tanks surrounded the hospital and blocked the exit routes from the building.
As a result, more than 90 people, including doctors, nurses, and patients, were trapped inside. No precise information on casualties from the attack was provided.
