Reports spread on social networks that low-quality food products were being given to children at Preschool Educational Institution No. 1 in the Nurobod district. The Samarkand Regional Department of Preschool and School Education commented on the situation.

According to it, a working group was formed with the participation of specialists from the regional Department of Sanitation and Epidemiology to investigate.

During the investigation, it was found that the cooks working at Preschool Educational Institution No. 1 had violated food preparation technologies and, due to negligence, the sweet buns (bulochki) prepared for dinner were burnt. Regarding this situation, the customer has notified the management of the outsourcing company "PROOF FOOD" LLC.

The report about the supply of low-quality meat products by the outsourcing company was not confirmed.

According to epidemiological data from the Nurobod District Medical Association and the District Sanitary-Epidemiological Committee, from September 30 to date, there have been no complaints received regarding food poisoning among children of kindergarten age (pupils of the Preschool Educational Institution). The report on social networks that more than 50 pupils of the Preschool Educational Institution in Nurobod fell ill turned out to be unfounded.

The Department is asking bloggers not to spread false information.
