An unexpected incident occurred in the Manas region — a 19-year-old girl bit off the tongue of a 26-year-old young man during a kiss.
According to "Kaktus.media", following the incident that occurred on November 8, the young man was hospitalized in serious condition.
According to the words of the director of the Jalal-Abad regional clinical hospital, Kumar Botokarayev, the tip of the patient's tongue and a part of his lower lip were injured.
"The patient was operated on, it is possible to restore the tongue. Encountering such a situation during a kiss is the first time in my practice," said the doctor.
According to police information, the incident occurred after a wedding ceremony; the young people had consumed alcohol. The girl was born in 2006, and the young man in 1999.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, and a forensic examination has been appointed. The investigation is ongoing.
