According to the investigation, the judge, through his high-ranking acquaintances, promised to arrange for citizens to be placed in seasonal work in Korea and, in exchange, demanded $15,000.

Under the pretext that the matters would be "resolved quickly," he received $4.1 thousand as an advance.

When the promise was not fulfilled and the judge attempted to return a portion of the money he had received, he was caught red-handed by officers of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes and the DXX.

A criminal case has been initiated against him under Part 3, paragraph "a" of Article 168, and Articles 28 and Part 2, paragraph "b" of Article 211 of the Criminal Code, and detention as a preventive measure has been applied. The investigation is ongoing.
