Speaking at the meeting about the problems observed in women's health, Mirzayev mentioned, as one of the reasons for the increase in cancer diseases, that women have stopped baking bread in tandyr ovens.
"When we go to the neighborhoods, we look around — there is no tandyr, no bread is baked. The bread that was made by adding black wheat in the past was different. We have also taught the owners to use the bran. When I worked in Samarkand, a Korean doctor came and studied why cancer is increasing in women — the primary reason was a lack of physical activity," said Mirzayev.
According to him, the process of baking bread in a tandyr warms up a woman's body, accelerates blood circulation, and this "helps cleanse the blood vessels." Mirzayev seemed to link this situation to a decrease in the risk of cancer.
At the same time, it is worth recalling that experts emphasize that such claims are not based on scientific evidence, and the causes of cancer diseases are associated with many factors — genetics, environment, nutrition, lifestyle, and occupational hazards.
