According to the Supreme Court news see, by the verdict of the Kuvan District Court on Criminal Cases dated November 28, 2025, A.Kh., born in 1986, who worked as the head of the Furkat District Department of Internal Affairs, and J.R., born in 1991, who worked as the first deputy head of the Furkat District Department of Internal Affairs, were found guilty of committing crimes provided for by:
— Part 2, clause "b" of Article 141-3 of the Criminal Code (Disclosure of information defaming a person's honor and dignity and reflecting confidential aspects of human life);
— Article 142 of the Criminal Code (Violation of the inviolability of citizens' homes);
— Part 1 of Article 206 of the Criminal Code (Exceeding authority or official powers);
— Part 1 of Article 230-2 of the Criminal Code (Bringing a knowingly innocent person to criminal liability) and Part 1 of Article 234 of the Criminal Code (Unlawful detention or apprehension).
Each of A.Kh. and J.R. was sentenced to deprivation of liberty for a term of 4 years, with deprivation of the right to hold positions involving official authority and material responsibility in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as in enterprises, institutions, and organizations with state participation, for a term of 3 years.
It was determined that the assigned sentence is to be served in settlement colonies.
