— the euro rose by 78.21 soums, reaching 13,873.16 soums;
— the ruble fell by 0.30 soums, amounting to 153.39 soums.
Previously, the dollar exchange rate had fallen for two consecutive days, reaching 11,880.93 soums.
According to Central Bank data, over the 11 months of 2025, the national currency strengthened against the dollar by 7.88 percent, i.e., by more than 1018 soums.
In the January–October period of 2025, the soum's exchange rate strengthened by 7 percent against foreign currencies.
