The dollar exchange rate has risen again.

The Central Bank announced the value of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum effective December 9.

According to the exchange rate:

the dollar rose by 26.86 soums, reaching 11,990.09 soums;

the euro rose by 3.79 soums, reaching 13,974.45 soums;

the ruble rose by 2.60 soums, amounting to 157.95 soums.

Previously, the dollar exchange rate had risen for two consecutive days, reaching 11,963.23 soums.

According to Central Bank data, over the 11 months of 2025, the national currency strengthened against the dollar by 7.88 percent, or by more than 1018 soums. In the January–October period of 2025, the som's exchange rate against foreign currencies strengthened by 7 percent.
