On December 7 at 16:31, another earthquake occurred in Namangan region. According to information from the Republican Center for Seismopredictive Monitoring, the epicenter of the earthquake was in Pop district, where the tremor measured 3 points. In Dangara district, it was felt at around 2 points.
Earlier, on December 6, two tremors were also recorded in the territory of Namangan region, with the earthquake felt at 4 points in Pop district. Another earthquake in Pop district at 2:04 AM measured 5 points, and was felt at 3 points in Namangan, 2–3 points in other areas of the Fergana Valley, and around 2 points in Tashkent and Syrdarya.
Specialists are conducting monitoring regarding the consequences of the earthquakes.
