According to the resolution, waste generated during the construction, reconstruction, or demolition of buildings, roads, and engineering networks must be sent under contract only to enterprises or landfills specializing in waste processing.
Construction projects must mandatorily account for the volume of waste, their collection points, and measures to eliminate dust and unpleasant odors.
Furthermore, a procedure for controlling the circulation of hazardous construction materials will be introduced. The Ministry of Construction and Housing-Communal Economy will update regulatory documents on the use of aerated concrete products.
The volume of construction material production is expected to reach 62 trillion soums, with investment projects worth 3.5 billion US dollars to be implemented.
