According to the data of the National Statistics Committee, the number of commercial organizations operating in Uzbekistan as of December 1, 2025, was disclosed.
Of these, 318.3 thousand were limited liability companies (LLC), constituting 78.5 percent of the total number of enterprises.
The number of enterprises by organizational-legal form is as follows:
Limited liability company – 318,313 (78.5 percent);
Private enterprises – 46,996 (11.6 percent);
Family enterprises – 36,292 (8.9 percent);
Joint-stock company – 639 (0.2 percent);
Others – 3,283 (0.8 percent).
