It is reported that the incident occurred on January 31 of this year in the Bogot district of the Khorezm region. A 41-year-old man, in a state of intoxication, proposed sexual intercourse to his daughter-in-law, used unacceptable words of a sexual nature towards her, and attempted to embrace her. He also exerted psychological pressure on the woman.
It is noted that a protection order had previously been issued for this woman, and the accused deliberately violated its terms. During the court proceedings, the man fully admitted his guilt and stated that the actions were committed in a state of severe intoxication.
The court found him guilty under Part 1 of Article 41-1 (sexual harassment) and Article 206-1 (failure to comply with the requirements of a protection order) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
Taking into account the totality of the offenses, the court sentenced the man to 10 days of administrative arrest.
