In 2025, the number of false calls received by the emergency medical service in Uzbekistan amounted to 3,244.

According to information, the number of false calls has increased by 531 compared to the previous year. The highest number of false reports was recorded in Kashkadarya region — 784. The following places were taken by Surkhandarya region (499), Fergana region (394), and Samarkand region (337). The fewest false calls were in Syrdarya region — 48.

Over the past 8 years, the number of 103 service substations has been increased from 818 to 1,680, and rapid response teams from 1,648 to 2,865. Furthermore, the average response time for calls has been reduced from 25–30 minutes to 10–15 minutes.

During 2025, a total of 14,299,948 requests were made to the emergency medical service. Of these, 10,218,037 were for emergency situations, 3,856,901 for chronic diseases, and 100,453 were related to childbirth calls.
