In Jizzakh, a person who intended to illegally sell 2 hectares of land was detained.

It was determined that a 51-year-old citizen living in the Bakhmal district of the Jizzakh region intended to illegally sell a 2-hectare plot of land in his village area, which was under the reserve of the district khokimiyat.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the individual had reached an agreement to sell the land for 50,000 US dollars and was caught red-handed by MIA officers while receiving an advance payment of 400 million soums in Gallaorol district. He had promised that the land would be allocated for farming through his acquaintances working in high positions.

Currently, investigative actions are being carried out regarding this case, up to the point of initiating a criminal investigation.
