After reaching full capacity, the production of import-substituting products worth $87 million is planned.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev became acquainted with the activities of the "Premier" household appliance manufacturing enterprise during his visit to the Ohangaron district.
The project is being implemented on an area of 10 hectares in cooperation with the UAE's Fajr Al Mustaqbal General Trading company. Its total value is $30 million. To date, construction work has been completed by 95%, and $11.3 million in investment has been utilized.
The enterprise's products are planned to be exported to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Russia, the Kyrgyz Republic, and Afghanistan. It is noted that there are two such enterprises in Uzbekistan and four in Central Asia, and this project ranks second in terms of production volume.
During the visit, the head of state familiarized himself with the work processes and product quality. Right on the spot, a presentation of the enterprise's development program for 2026–2027 was held, and an exhibition of enterprises manufacturing electrical products was displayed.
