At the Munich Security Conference, journalists asked Ilham Aliyev whether he had raised with Vladimir Putin the issue of Russia's attacks on Ukraine, including strikes on energy facilities belonging to Azerbaijani companies, but the president did not give a clear answer.
Furthermore, Ilham Aliyev emphasized that there had been three attacks on the Azerbaijani embassy in Kyiv.
"After the first attack, we could have assumed it was an accident. We provided Russia with the exact coordinates of all of Azerbaijan's diplomatic missions in Ukraine, including the consular section, cultural centers, and the embassy. Despite this, two more attacks occurred. Therefore, this was a deliberate attack on Azerbaijan's diplomatic mission," said the Azerbaijani leader.
