A person who operated as the leader of a night club in the center of Bukhara region has been detained. According to investigation data, he had previously been convicted for drug addiction.
It is reported that the suspect lured women and girls to Bukhara via Instagram with promises of high salaries and dancing jobs. It is alleged that he then restricted their freedom and forced them into sexual relations with clients through psychological and physical pressure.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the situation, and a custodial restraint measure has been applied against the suspect. Investigative actions are ongoing.
