It is reported that during an urgent operation conducted by State Security Service officers in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office and the Supreme Judicial Council, a judge of the Pastdargom District Court for Civil Cases was caught with material evidence.
It is alleged that he demanded $300 USD in exchange for a positive ruling in an alimony case in favor of the claimant.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the judge under Part 2, paragraph "v" of Article 210 of the Criminal Code, and investigative actions are being carried out.
