The Lebanese Hezbollah group announced that it fired rockets at northern Israel in response to the latest attacks on Lebanon. The group's statement said the rockets were directed at Israel's Manara settlement and that this action would continue until the aggression against the country stops.
In its statement, Hezbollah stated that its response would continue "until the U.S.-Israeli aggression against our country and our people ceases."
Earlier, the Yedioth Ahronoth publication reported that rockets were launched from Lebanon towards northern Israel, and after nine hours of calm, they were intercepted over Upper Galilee.
