In Uzbekistan, 2.3 million passengers used air transport in three months.

In the first quarter of 2026, approximately 2.3 million passengers were transported by air transport in Uzbekistan. This is 4.7 percent more than in the same period last year.

According to the data of the National Statistics Committee, about 2.3 million passengers used air transport services in the republic in January–March 2026.

It is noted that this indicator increased by 4.7 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2025.

Also, during the reporting period, 24.3 thousand tons of cargo were transported by air transport. Statistics show that the demand for air travel in the country remains at a high level.
