The first deputy director of the Youth Affairs Agency, Dilnozakhon Kattakhonova, has been appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Chairperson of the Family and Women's Committee.
Dilnozakhon Kattakhonova was born on July 2, 1991, in the city of Kokand, Fergana region. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan in 2014.
She began her career in 2016–2017 as a chief specialist in the Department for the Development of International Relations and Support of Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations of the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan.
On July 5, 2017, at a meeting of the Republican Council on Youth Affairs, she was elected as the deputy chairperson of the Central Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan.
Additionally, since 2018, she has also been working as an independent researcher at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Appointed as the deputy director of the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 10, 2020, Dilnozakhon Kattakhonova had been serving as the first deputy director of the agency since December 20, 2023.
