The Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city provided official information about this situation.
It was reported that on August 4 of this year, at approximately 05:30, M.Kh., born in 2004, committed an indecent act against an elderly woman in a state of alcohol intoxication in the Shirinobod neighborhood of the Yashnabad district.
Following the incident, he was detained by citizens while leaving the scene and handed over to internal affairs officers.
Regarding this fact, officers of the Yashnabad District Department of Internal Affairs filed an administrative report against M.Kh. under Article 183 ("Petty hooliganism"), Article 187 ("Consumption of alcohol in public places"), and Article 194 ("Failure to comply with the legal requirements of an internal affairs officer") of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The collected documents have been sent to the district criminal court for legal action.
