From September 1, 2026, fare payment rules on all city buses operating under a gross contract will be tightened.
According to the new procedure, passengers are required to pay the fare immediately upon boarding the bus. Payment can be made via transport or social card, bank card, smartphone, and other contactless methods.
A passenger who has not paid the fare or has not confirmed their benefit is considered a stowaway and may be fined.
