On August 19 at 21:11, a report was received by the Tashkent City Emergency Situations Department that electrical cables were burning in an open area located on Yangi Sergeli Street, Sergeli district, Tashkent.

Accordingly, rescue equipment promptly arrived at the scene.

It was determined at the scene that a short circuit had occurred in the underground electrical cables.
