President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the Treaty on Eternal Friendship. Also, the decision of the third meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council was adopted.

The parties also signed agreements on cooperation in the fields of pension provision, culture, and tourism. The two countries adopted a program to increase the volume of mutual trade to $1 billion by 2030.

Also, a plan for the implementation of agreements in the sphere of investment and trade was approved. Cooperation programs for 2027–2028 were adopted between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Justice.

In addition, documents were signed on establishing sister-city relations between the cities of Urgench and Khankendi, Bukhara and Lachin, Urgench and Nakhchivan.
