According to the National Statistics Committee, in the first 4 months of 2026, 2,200,530 citizens of Uzbekistan traveled abroad for tourism purposes. This figure is 83,700 people higher than in the same period last year.
The most trips were to Kyrgyzstan — nearly 900,000 Uzbek citizens went to that country as tourists.
During the four-month period, Uzbeks most frequently traveled to the following countries:
- Kyrgyzstan — 899,004 people
- Tajikistan — 388,452 people
- Kazakhstan — 354,859 people
- Saudi Arabia — 138,113 people
- Russia — 115,094 people
- Turkey — 70,340 people
- UAE — 31,073 people
- China — 23,557 people
- Thailand — 16,291 people
- Egypt — 15,823 people.
