"Uzbekneftegaz" JSC's public procurements in Tashkent city have been found to violate certain legal document requirements. This has been investigated by the Competition Committee's Tashkent city regional office  carrying out investigations.

As a result of the investigations, it was found that, among other things, the company violated the requirements of Article 29 of the "Competition" law in the selection of the best proposals auctions held through a special information portal, for 2 lots amounting to nearly 4.8 billion UZS.

"Based on the above, a case has been initiated against "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC due to the signs of violations of the "Competition" law and the Regulation approved by the Resolution No. 225 of the Cabinet of Ministers," – states the Committee's report.
