In line with two important documents signed by the President yesterday, a program "From Poverty to Prosperity" aimed at lifting 500,000 people out of poverty this year and another 1 million people next year is starting.
It was noted that it is impossible to achieve these goals with the current operations of the Ministry of Employment.
In this regard, it was announced that Botir Zokhidov has been confirmed for the position of Minister of Poverty Reduction and Employment.
The operation of this ministry is also indicated to be completely different. The neighborhood agency will be abolished, and all its functions, as well as the assistants to the governor, will be transferred to the Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment.
