The "Tinchlik" small industrial zone in Yangiyul district holds a unique place in the economy of the Tashkent region. Enterprises here produce localized, marketable products. This was reported by the Presidential press service.
With the growth of the population and the economy, the demand for energy sources is increasing. For example, in the last four years, electricity consumption in the Tashkent region has increased by 20 percent. To address this shortage, five projects worth a total of 1.5 billion dollars, with a capacity of more than 805 megawatts, are being implemented.
In this context, a significant focus has been placed on "green" energy sources. The "Enter Green Solar" enterprise in the "Tinchlik" small industrial zone produces the necessary solar panels and various types of cables for this purpose.
The head of our state visited the industrial zone and became acquainted with this project during his visit.
– We need to support our local enterprises that produce such high-tech products even more, creating further conditions for their expansion, – said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The said enterprise, worth 7 million dollars, has been equipped with equipment from Italy’s "Ecoprogetti" company. Based on them, the production of 377 thousand high-quality solar panels per year has been established. The enterprise itself has installed panels with a capacity of 125 kilowatts. Here, 100 people are employed.
