The President of Ukraine intends to use Western investment to significantly expand the production of arms in his country, which is waging a defense war against Russia. This was reported by zamon.uz
"Our industrial potential allows us to produce more unmanned aircraft, ammunition, and military equipment than the financial capabilities of our country can support. At the same time, there are allies who cannot help with arms supplies due to objective reasons and who do not have sufficient weapons themselves. They cannot provide us with their weapons, but they can assist in financing," he said in his video address.
"In France, we discussed a new model of cooperation – creating Ukraine-France joint production capacities on the territory of our state, and the project is being developed at the level of defense ministries," continued Zelensky. The President also emphasized the importance of the "Danish model", in which the partner state government invests in the production of weapons.
