Ecology, environmental protection and climate change, Mining industry and geology, Higher education, science and innovations, Energy ministries and their system organizations were studied, and it was discovered that 160 management employees were founders and actively involved in 170 entrepreneurial entities. The Anti-Corruption Agency's information service isreporting this.
During the studies, in particular:
- 72 employees of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change were registered in 79 entities;
- 59 employees of the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology were registered in 60 entities;
- 22 employees of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations were registered in 23 entities;
- 7 employees of the Ministry of Energy were registered in 8 entrepreneurial entities as founders.
The relevant ministries have been presented with the Agency's submissions regarding the mentioned legal violations. Warning letters have been issued to employees who were founders in entrepreneurial entities, and the noted legal violations are currently being rectified.
