By the decision of the President, a group of “Project Managers” consisting of 50 deputy governors who have achieved high results and possess positive experience in the field of poverty reduction and employment ministry will be established.
Wherein:
Each member of the “Project Managers” group will be assigned to districts (cities) with low efficiency indicators and will be sent on a business trip to the neighborhoods of these districts (cities) for up to six months;
during the business trip, members of the “Project Managers” group will be additionally incentivized with 50 percent of their salary while retaining their salary and other social payments;
Expenses related to the business trip and financial incentives for members of the “Project Managers” group will be covered by the funds of the Support Fund for Deputy Governors’ Activities.
Engaging deputy governors in tasks not allocated to them by law is prohibited.
