Khorezm region resident of Yangibazar district, J. Qo'zieva leaves for her father's house due to family disputes. When her spouse refuses to give the children, she decides to resolve the matter through court.
Of course, properly resolving disputes related to the upbringing of children protects the rights of both parents and children.

The execution document regarding the handing over of the children from the debtor, i.e., the father T. Matkarimov, to the care of the claimant, i.e., the mother J. Qo'zieva, was received by the Bureau's Yangibazar district division.

On the same day, the division's state executor made a decision to conduct the execution process and informed the parties.

The division's officers went to the debtor's residence and explained his rights and obligations, warning him about the voluntary compliance with the court's decision, otherwise, legal measures would be taken against him accordingly.

Subsequently, the debtor T. Matkarimov voluntarily handed over the children to their mother within the given voluntary period, and the execution document was thereby concluded.
