The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. This was reported by foreign media.

Netanyahu and Gallant could be involved in "war crimes" committed in the Gaza Strip from October 8, 2023, to May 2024.

The statement noted that Israel had implemented starvation, killing of civilians, displacement, and other inhumane acts as methods of warfare in the Gaza Strip. Moreover, it was particularly emphasized that there are serious reasons to suspect Netanyahu and Gallant in restricting humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, including the supply of water, medicine, and fuel.
