“Measures on enhancing the effectiveness of the system for creating a safe environment in the republic's neighborhoods and preventing crimes at an early stage by 2025” Presidential decree (PQ-1-number) was adopted. The Ministry of Justice reported this.

According to the decision, it was designated a priority task for responsible authorities and institutions in 2025 to “Prevent crimes at an early stage in every neighborhood”.

 Moreover, a series of road maps aimed at preventing crimes in neighborhoods, as well as the program of targeted measures to create a safe environment in the republic's neighborhoods and enhance the effectiveness of the system for preventing crimes at an early stage by 2025, were approved.

For the early prevention of crimes, the monitoring of the Program and “road maps” implementation, an Interagency working group will be established under the Prosecutor General's office.

From now on, in neighborhoods where crimes have been committed, studies based on scientific approaches will be conducted by scientific organizations and educational institutions.

All district (city) sector leaders, heads of the National Guard security service, and deputies of heads of internal affairs bodies will be specifically assigned to neighborhoods with a severe criminogenic situation in 2025.

The activities of the responsible parties at the end of each month – under the auspices of the Minister of Internal Affairs, at the end of each quarter – under the auspices of the Prosecutor General, every six months under the auspices of the Prime Minister will be critically discussed, and information will be continuously provided to the President for each neighborhood section.
