In the Asaka district of the Andijan region, a 37-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman were punished for proposing sexual relations to a 13-year-old girl. This was reported on the Supreme Court portal, citing the court decision.
On November 9, 2024, the female offender T.Y. offered her neighbor, the underage M.S., 50,000 soums to satisfy the sexual needs of her husband, B.A., and insulted M.S.'s honor and dignity by making indecent propositions. Upon hearing the conversation, the husband said he would pay not 50,000 but 100,000 soums if the girl agreed. The girl, frightened, ran away to her home.
During the court session, the offender B.A. admitted his guilt, stating that indeed on November 9, 2024, unsatisfied with the sexual relations with his wife T.Y., he fell asleep after asking his wife to bring the neighbor M.S. into their living space to satisfy his sexual needs, expressing remorse for his actions and requesting leniency.
At the court session, the underage victim M.S. stated that T.Y. had brought her into their living space and asked her to have sexual intercourse with her husband B.A., promising her 50,000 soums in return, assuring her that she wouldn’t see anything or feel pain as they would cover her eyes.
By the court's decision, the man B.A. was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention under Article 411, part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. His wife T.Y. was fined 750,000 soums under the same article.
Furthermore, T.Y., after some time, filed an appeal to the court, alleging in her appeal that the victim was lying and requesting a fair decision. However, the court rejected the appeal and left the imposed punishment unchanged.
