"The regulation on the appointment and payment of state pensions according to the rules, at present day:
- Payment of the pension is temporarily suspended if a pensioner leaves the Republic of Uzbekistan for more than 3 months and does not return to Uzbekistan within that period.
In this case, the temporarily suspended pension payments will be resumed after the pensioner returns to Uzbekistan.
It is reminded that a citizen has the right to receive the pension for the months missed upon returning to Uzbekistan for up to 24 months.
The pension money is paid for a period not exceeding 24 months prior to the application for receiving the pension.
