In the Sariosiyo district of the Surkhandarya region, a 13-year-old girl was reported to have been swept away in the "Tupalang" river. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.
According to the information, after 13-year-old F.M., who lived in the "Afrosiyob" mahalla of the district, was swept into the river, search operations were carried out.
During the investigation, on May 15 of this year, the body of the underage girl was found in the Tupalang River passing through the territory of the "Ittifoq" mahalla of the Denov district. No bodily injuries were found.
According to the forensic medical examination, the cause of death was determined to be water entering the upper respiratory tract, i.e., mechanical asphyxia.
