Kazakhstani rescuers saved 24 citizens of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan from freezing to death. This was reported by "Sputnik Kazakhstan". 

It was reported that a minibus carrying foreigners broke down 30 km away from the village of Adaevka in the Kostanay region.

Rescuers reached them and evacuated them to a nearby warming center.
