According to the Ministry of Justice report, pursuant to the President's decree, the following financial support mechanisms will be implemented at the expense of the Fund for Supporting Dehkan Farms and Owners of Household Plots:
▪️every year, grants in an amount not exceeding 100 times the base calculation amount will be allocated for one exemplary and innovative project implemented in the household plot in each of 500 neighborhoods;
▪️subsidies up to 15 times the base calculation amount will be allocated for each short-term training course organized by master farmers to cover related expenses;
▪️master farmers who have established export-oriented production in the household plots of 50 percent of the households in a certain neighborhood will be allocated subsidies of up to 100 million sum;
▪️loans will be granted through commercial banks to household plot owners and dehkan farms as well as entities serving them for projects on production, processing, drying, storage, and packaging of agricultural products, for up to 7 years with a grace period of up to 2 years at a rate 4 percentage points higher than the Central Bank's key rate (including a 5 percent bank margin);
▪️compact refrigerated warehouses, packaging, drying, and processing equipment, and ready-made greenhouses on household plots and leased lands will be leased with a 24-month grace period to be paid off within 5 years.
