“On preparing for and celebrating the 2025 Navruz national holiday” Presidential decree (PQ-68, 21.02.2025) was adopted. The Ministry of Justice reported this.
According to the decree, the 2025 Navruz national holiday in our country will be widely celebrated at a high level in the form of national festivals based on the main idea “May your values last forever, Navruz!”.
The ideological-artistic concept of the 2025 Navruz national holiday was approved, and an organizational committee for preparing and holding the holiday was confirmed.
Considering this year's Navruz holiday is celebrated during the holy month of Ramadan, special attention is given to honoring the older generation, particularly the participants of the Second World War and labor front veterans, through setting up holiday tables and organizing various charity events for people living in “Mercy”, “Generosity”, and “Kindness” houses, as well as for those included in social protection registers and in need of help.
Special attention will be paid to implementing the activities specified in the “Green Space” national project, carrying out landscaping and greening actions in all regions, streets, neighborhoods, districts, and cities on the eve of the holiday, as well as conducting national community work days.
A separate program will organize public festivals at the “New Uzbekistan” complex in Tashkent city.
